- Unmatched lines resolve once. A SKU that does not match is surfaced, you point it at the right product, and the connection remembers it for every future PO.

Keep one wholesale price list in Stockroom. Connected buyers always order at your current prices - and every change reaches them under their approval policy, never as a surprise.

What does this cost?
Nothing. Stockroom is free - for you and for your buyers. The only paid product we make is MyWorks Sync, our accounting sync, and you do not need it for any of this.
What can my buyer see about my store?
Only what answers their purchase orders: order status, fulfillment and tracking on their POs, and the prices you choose to publish. Never your costs, your stock levels or anything about your other customers.
Do orders create themselves in my store?
Only if you turn that on, per buyer. The default is one click by you - you review the incoming PO, then create the order.
Can I disconnect a buyer?
Yes, instantly, and they can too. Disconnecting stops future POs and price updates; orders already in your store stay yours.
I also buy from suppliers myself - does Stockroom help there?
That is the other half of the app: purchase orders, receiving with landed costs, stocktakes, reorder suggestions and label printing, all free. Many Network stores run both sides.
