Leave Stocky. Keep everything.
Stockroom imports your suppliers, your complete PO history and the receiving timeline in one click - and unlike Stocky, it doesn't need POS Pro and it doesn't disappear.
One click, your whole purchasing history
Connect Stocky from Stockroom's onboarding and the importer does the rest - live via the API while Stocky is still up, or from your CSV exports after the shutdown.
- Suppliers, complete. Contacts, currencies and tax settings come across, with lead times observed from your actual history.
- Full PO history. Every PO with its real status - not just open orders. Your vendor purchase history stays queryable.
- The receiving timeline. What arrived when, in full or in part - preserved, not flattened.
- Adjustments and stocktakes. Opt in to bring count history along too.
- CSV path after shutdown. Exported from Stocky before it closed? Stockroom creates POs from CSV as well.
- Nothing touched without you. The import writes documents into Stockroom - your Shopify inventory is not modified by importing.
Everything Stocky did, without the ceiling
The features Stocky users relied on are here - and the ones Stocky never had are waiting.
- No POS Pro requirement. Stocky needed a POS Pro subscription. Stockroom works on any Shopify plan.
- Incoming stock on ordered. Mark a PO ordered and incoming quantities show in Shopify - the moment Stocky users loved.
- Better counting. Blind counts, cycle schedules, no-login counting links, durable audit exports - beyond what Stocky offered.
- Landed cost, built in. Allocate freight and fees to true unit costs - a Stocky gap that cost merchants real margin.
- QuickBooks, when you want it. Push POs and bills to QuickBooks with MyWorks - the same team that synced Stocky POs for years.
- Free, and unlimited. No PO caps and no subscription to install - Stockroom is free.
Migration FAQ
When exactly does Stocky shut down?
Shopify retires Stocky on August 31, 2026. After that date the app - and your data in it - is no longer accessible, so migrating (or at least exporting) before then matters.
How long does the import take?
Most stores finish in minutes. Large PO histories import in the background while you keep setting up.
Can I still import after Stocky is gone?
The one-click API import needs Stocky to still be online. After the shutdown, you can import from CSV exports - so export your Stocky data before August 31 either way.
Does importing change my Shopify inventory?
No. The import creates documents and history inside Stockroom. Your Shopify stock levels are untouched by the migration itself.
What does Stockroom cost after Stocky?
Nothing. Stockroom is free, with no PO caps and no POS Pro requirement. The only paid part of the picture is MyWorks Sync, our accounting sync, if you want your purchasing in QuickBooks.
